Propulco was founded in Finland in 2024 on a clear mission: to provide vessel owners and operators with dedicated, independent, and technically-driven project management where their interests are fully protected and their voices genuinely heard.

We believe the best results happen on the ground, which is why we build our partnerships directly on the dry docks, working side-by-side with shipyards and crews every step of the way.

Our expertise wasn't just studied, it was earned through years of hands-on experience, managing complex propulsion overhauls, high-level naval architecture modifications, and navigating the intense discipline of high-performance naval refits.
