DRY DOCK SUPPORT

A docking is priced in days, and most of those days are committed while the vessel is still in service. We work the period from that end: scope written against the actual condition of the machinery rather than the last docking's list, long-lead items, class and flag requirements settled early, and a critical path agreed with the yard before the first shore connection is made.

On site we hold both the plan and the record. Findings on opening are assessed and decided the same day rather than escalated, variation orders are challenged when they are not the owner's to pay, and every docking closes with a written report of tasks, findings and open items. Across a fleet that record is what makes the second docking shorter than the first.

Our structured dry dock execution framework covers every critical phase:

Before the dock
Condition-based scope, long-lead items, class and flag requirements, and the critical path agreed with the yard while the vessel is still in service.

Propulsion on the critical path
Pods, shaftlines, thrusters and steering gear usually decide the window. We supervise this work and we perform it.

On site, daily
Progress against plan, quality at each hold point, findings decided the same day, variations challenged, and a cost and schedule picture the owner can act on.

After undocking
Commissioning, sea trials, snag closure, and a lessons-learned report that becomes fleet knowledge rather than one superintendent's memory.
